We are incorporating in our activities the work negotiated in the Minamata Convention on Mercury signed by Bolivia to gradually eliminate the use of said element because of it’s regular use for the extraction of gold. Our commitment is to offer training in the use of new technology to clean out all the mercury of the operations of small-scale miners.

RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT OF SOLID WASTE
We raise awareness and train on waste handling, collection, separation, storage and disposal of solid waste in compliance with local regulations. Our goal is to create awareness in the extractive industry to improve the quality of life of workers and the environment in which they operate.
POLLUTION PREVENTION AND WATER CONTROL
We offer training programs to minimize pollution of water bodies and prevent soil pollution by improper disposal of toxic substances (mercury), then we guide in the implementation of sedimentation pools and/or tailings which are mainly implemented in small-scale mining (cooperatives).
REDUCTION OF MERCURY
We advise and apply alternative processes for the reduction or elimination of mercury in the gold extraction process.
WORKSHOPS FOR COOPERATIVES AND NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES
We specialize in training for the mining sector by raising awareness and encourage the implementation of waste systems based on environmental management plans for small-scale mining. This is part of a social betterment plan to obtain certifications and meet international standards (FAIRMINED, ISO, OHSAS, etc).
Our institutional alliances allow us to count with international specialists with academic and practical experience to ensure high-level training.
We promote environmental awareness by discovering behaviors and perceptions in order to encourage the need to preserve mother earth.
Better relationships with external actors (communities, farmers, etc.) are achieved by implementing processes and policies that reduces pollution.

We train for working at heights, confined spaces, fire control, signage, emergencies, smart purchasing of Personal protective equipment (PPE), work clothing and other.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
We guide in organizing occupational health centers, pre-employment examinations, health insurance, first aid, occupational disease, biosecurity, prevention and care of disease and high-risk infections.

MINING TAXATION
This module is for mining companies and small-scale miners that want to deepen their knowledge about rules and procedures relating to mining tax. This is a specialty that requires prior knowledge in legal, technical, procedural and administrative areas with high practical component. Its not only about filling out forms but having the know-how in the calculation of taxes and patents.
MANAGEMENT
Spreading knowledge of requirements for opening a cooperative, advising about its legal status, organization and management. We also provide training models and practices for efficient use of resources. Our advice and training is practical in administrative systems, internal control, obligations to the state and others.
COMMERCIALIZATION OF MINERALS
